JAMK AD is the official computer network of JAMK. In our organization it is governed under the JAMK Administration -department as "JAMK ICT Services".
Your Student Account is first created here.The accounts are in the format of [letter,#,#,#,#] e.g. K1234. This is also referred as your STUDENT NUMBER. You might have already received the credentials for this account by regular mail.

- open the Citrix remote desktop connection (http://remote.jamk.fi)
- login
- after the connection has opened, click start-menu and select "Windows security"
- select "change password"
- write your old password and provide a new one
