Microsoft Imagine Academy webstore issue

There is an ongoing issue with Microsoft Imagine Academy webstore. Some products yield erroneous download links which result in 403 Forbidden error messages. MS Imagine webteam at Kivuto is looking into the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

UPDATE 21.9.2017! So far it seems this is a problem limited to Funet and Telia customers, so as a workaround you should try downloading your products from a different network if possible.

REMINDER: Seeing as this is *still* an issue, we would like to remind you that you will still get valid licences through Imagine Academy. You can obtain the installation media elsewhere. One example is the Windows 10 media creation tool Microsoft offers.


vCloud environment down

Our vCloud director environment (director.ict.jamk.fi) is currently down. We are investigating the issue and will update this post once it is fixed.

UPDATE: vCloud environment is available again.


Internet connection issues

There’s an ongoing problem with our Internet connection on the operator end (a cable break between Jyväskylä and Jämsä.)

We have restoted access to jamk services (optima and so on), but the greater Internet remains unreachable.

As of ~12:20, everything appears to be working again.


Dreamspark Premium

Our Dreamspark Premium is currently unavailable due to the fact that the agreement renewal has not been successful in time. We are investigating reasons behind this and will update this post when the agreement is valid again. In the mean time, Dreamspark Premium licenses are unavailable.

UPDATE 18.12.2015: Agreement is finally valid again and Dreamspark Premium licenses are available for download.
